Central Supervision of the System and Devices
The Event Log module is a technical monitoring center for the POS system, available entirely in the cloud – within our IntegratorPOS. This is where all logs and diagnostic messages from devices operating in stores and from the software itself are collected. Thanks to this, technical staff at headquarters have real-time insight into the system and device status, can supervise their correct operation, and immediately react to any irregularities.

Centralized Cloud Management
The Event Log is not a local log file at the sales workstation – it is a fully centralized cloud-based solution.
- All events are sent to IntegratorPOS, where they are analyzed and archived.
- Administrators and IT departments have access to the log via a web browser – from any location and device.
- Data is stored in a secure cloud environment, in accordance with the organization’s security policy.
What events do we record?
The log covers the full spectrum of technical events:
- Fiscal device errors – no connection with the printer, printing errors, faulty communication.
- Login issues – failed login attempts, incorrect credentials, lack of authorization.
- System events – application restart, database connection loss, peripheral service failures.
- Diagnostic information – warnings, device status updates, service messages.
- Alerts from other applications – integration with external systems and the ability to transfer events outside POS (e.g., server monitoring, security applications).
Module functionalities
- One central log repository – all technical events in one place.
- Filtering and searching – quick event analysis by date, type, source, or user.
- Integration with alert systems – the ability to forward notifications from other applications into the log.
- History and archiving – full event history preserved for audit purposes.
- Real-time analysis – logs available immediately after they occur.
