Centralized inventory management

The Inventory Module in our POS system is designed to make the physical stock count process in retail chains as easy and efficient as possible. All actions related to preparing the inventory are done centrally in IntegratorPOS – it is here that we define rules, assign permissions, and plan the entire process.

Administrator can:

  • create a new inventory count for a selected store or the entire chain,
  • assign access to users responsible for the count,
  • plan counting groups and define their scope of work,
  • set the exact date and duration of the inventory count.

Thanks to this, every count is conducted in an orderly manner, with full control and according to the schedule.

Flexibility & convenience

The counting process takes place directly in the store – where the products actually are. Most importantly, inventory can be carried out on any device with a web browser:

  • desktop computer,
  • tablet,
  • smartphone,
  • mobile terminal.

There is no need to install additional applications – everything occurs in real time, and the results are instantly available in the central system.

Instant and no delays in results

One of the biggest advantages of our module is immediate access to inventory results. At the moment the count is completed, the system shows:

  • losses,
  • surpluses,
  • quantitative and value differences.

Reports
& analytics

After each inventory, the system automatically generates a set of reports giving full insight into its results. Available reports include:

  • loss and surplus reports,
  • quantitative and value summaries,
  • analysis of differences between sales price and purchase price,
  • detailed reports for counting groups and individual employees.

Reports can be viewed online, exported to files, or shared within the organization.

Automatic stock adjustments

The Inventory Module does not stop at the count itself – the system enables automatic adjustment sheets that update warehouse stocks.

Adjustments can be made both at purchase and sales prices.

Thanks to this, inventory records immediately reflect real stock levels, eliminating the risk of errors.

The adjustment process is automatic, but always under user control – every change is logged and reported.
