Promotional Actions Module – Full Control Over Sales

WebPOS 4.0, together with IntegratorPOS, is equipped with an advanced promotional actions module that enables centralized planning, configuration, and execution of any type of promotion across a retail network. This gives owners and managers full control over pricing policy, while sales staff on the shop floor receive ready-to-use, automated rules to follow.

All management is carried out directly from IntegratorPOS, in the cloud – without the need for on-site visits or manual workstation setup. Promotions can be scheduled in advance, activated, deactivated, and modified in real time.

Two Modes of Promotion Configuration

Promotion Wizard

For those who prefer simplicity, we have prepared a convenient wizard. It asks step-by-step questions and guides the user through the process. Just answer a few simple questions (“for which products?”, “what discount?”, “from when to when?”), and the system will automatically create a properly working promotion.

Drag & Drop

For more advanced users, we offer a free-form promotion builder. Simply drag and connect conditions and promotion effects to create even the most complex scenario. This option gives full flexibility and allows you to design promotions perfectly tailored to the store’s strategy.

Rich Catalog of Promotion Types

The system offers many ready-to-use promotion templates that can be applied individually or combined into more complex campaigns.

Shared Discount – allows you to set a percentage or fixed discount, or apply a different price list for selected products.

Shared Price – enables you to define a new, unified price for a specific group of products.

Product Multiplicity – the system applies a discount when purchasing a specified number of items, e.g., “buy 3, pay for 2.”

Multiplicity with Discount on the Last Item – e.g., every second or third cheapest product is discounted.

Product Set – the promotion allows you to define product bundles and apply additional conditions to them.

Gift with Purchase – when buying a certain product, the customer receives a gift, e.g., another item at a reduced price.

Discounts Based on Receipt Value – different discount levels depending on the total basket value.

Discounts for Multiple Purchases – discounts based on the number of purchased items.

Gift Voucher Issuance – when purchases exceed a defined amount, the system automatically issues a gift voucher.

Product Discounts – flexible percentage or fixed discounts depending on quantity.

Educational Discount – a dedicated mechanism for schools, students, or educational institutions.

Bundles – the ability to define sets of several products sold together at a special price.
