The Budgeting Module allows you to define and monitor sales targets for entire points of sale as well as for individual salespeople. This makes it easy to set business goals, track their progress, and motivate the team to achieve better and better results.

How does
it work?

Defining targets – in IntegratorPOS, the administrator or manager sets sales goals:

  • for the entire store (e.g., minimum turnover in a given month),
  • for selected employees (e.g., individual weekly target).

Settlement periods – goals can be assigned to any time frame: day, week, month, or quarter.

Results presentation in WebPOS – budget progress is shown directly in the POS interface, in the top-right corner of the screen:

  • as a percentage (e.g., 65% of the goal),
  • as a graphic – a circle filling up as the target is approached.

Real-time motivation – salespeople can see their progress at any time, which naturally encourages greater engagement and better customer service.
