In the webPOS 4.0 system, the loyalty program is fully integrated with all other features.
All consents to participate in the program, mailing subscriptions, and SMS permissions are securely stored in a central database.
This ensures fast customer service, full GDPR compliance, and always up-to-date information.
An additional customer screen allows quick enrollment in the program — all it takes is SMS authorization to confirm consent and immediately receive the first benefits, such as a welcome discount for registration.
Flexibility and full customization
Our webPOS 4.0 loyalty system offers nearly unlimited configuration possibilities.
Each business can tailor the program rules to its own needs:
- collect points or monetary value,
- exchange points for discounts or rewards,
- set the validity period of points,
- define different point multipliers for product categories,
- send automatic notifications about expiring points.
The system automatically reminds customers when their points are about to expire — encouraging them to shop again and redeem rewards.

The program supports both simple and advanced point systems:
1 PLN = 1 point – a simple conversion model,
or a tiered system that motivates customers to spend more:
- over 100 PLN – 3% back in points,
- over 200 PLN – 5% back,
- over 500 PLN – up to 10% back.
This way, customers see real benefits from higher purchases — and you increase your average basket value.
Points as a payment method
Collected points can be used in two ways:
